1. Data Minimization & Professional Vetting

We prioritize an ephemeral data footprint. We do not require, collect, or store government-issued IDs, passports, or raw birthdates. Identity and age assurance are conducted solely via Successive Validation of professional API signals (LinkedIn). Once a user’s profile is vetted, the underlying onboarding signals are purged.

2. AI Transparency (Apple Guideline 5.1.2i)

We utilize third-party AI automation (Google Gemini) for support services. No personal identity data is shared with third-party AI for training or profiling without your explicit opt-in. Under the EU Digital Services Act, we certify that no profiling algorithms are used for content moderation.

3. Cross-Border Consent & Data Transfers

Users in the EU, KSA (PDPL), and Brazil (LGPD) provide explicit consent for the secure transfer of vetting signals between our global servers for the sole purpose of community safety and identity vetting.
